ALL NEW FOR FALL
Fall is bringing a fresh lineup to The Cru, with new vintages and releases making their debut throughout the season—including our completely new Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé. Here are a few we’re especially excited to share.
Completely new to the Untamed lineup, our Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé was produced using the saignée method.
Saignée translates to “bleed,” referring to the process of drawing juice away from the grape skins. The result is striking color and a daring, expressive palate.
Aged for six months in stainless steel barrels, this new release makes its Cru debut this fall.
SHOP THIS WINE →This new vintage marks a fresh direction for Untamed Pinot Grigio. Distinctly drier than previous vintages, it leans into a lighter, crisp, Italian-inspired style.
Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, the wine was fermented in 30% French oak and 70% stainless steel, bringing freshness and brightness with subtle texture and depth.
Expect stone fruit, citrus, and tropical flavors with a light, crisp, distinctly dry finish.
