CABERNET SAUVIGNON ROSÉ
Our Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé is produced using the saignée method, meaning a portion of the juice is “bled” from the skins early in the winemaking process, creating its striking color and concentrated character. Aged for six months in stainless steel to preserve its freshness, this rosé is bright and expressive with notes of ripe strawberry, raspberry, grapefruit, and white peach. Fresh fruit, vibrant acidity, and a crisp finish make this a refreshing yet distinctive rosé.

Our Cabernet Franc thrives in the cooler climate of Paicines, where its early-budding nature allows the grape to develop beautifully. Using the saignée method, a portion of the juice is removed before fermentation, concentrating the remaining wine and creating its bold character. Rich and full-bodied with a lingering finish, this Cabernet Franc pairs beautifully with savory herbs, beef, venison, lamb, and bold cheeses.

pinot grigio
This new vintage marks a fresh direction for Untamed Pinot Grigio. Distinctly drier than previous vintages, it leans into a lighter, crisp, Italian-inspired style. Hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, the wine was fermented in 30% French oak and 70% stainless steel, bringing freshness and brightness with subtle texture and depth. Expect stone fruit, citrus, and tropical flavors with a light, crisp, distinctly dry finish.
